We believe that a successful move starts with great planning. Here’s a quick timeline to help you get ready for your moving day:
AT BOOKING (SAME DAY)
Deposit Required: A deposit is due when you confirm your move date.
Confirmation Email: We’ll send your estimate, deposit receipt, and a link to our moving checklist.
1 WEEK BEFORE YOUR MOVE
Email Reminder:
- Start/continue packing and label boxes.
- Review your item list and let us know about any changes (adds/drops, large or fragile items).
- Double-check building/parking needs (permits, elevators, loading areas).
2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR MOVE
Quick Check-In (Email or SMS):
- Reconfirm logistics: parking/elevator reservations, loading dock access, time windows.
- Share any last-minute updates to your inventory.
1 DAY BEFORE YOUR MOVE
Coordinator Call: We’ll confirm your arrival window, crew size, addresses, access details, and any updates.
Payment Reminder: Final payment is collected on move day after the job is complete.
- We’ll share the crew’s day-of contact.
MOVE DAY
We complete your move as scheduled and document any scope changes.
Final Payment: Taken at job completion.
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
Deposit: Due at the time of booking to lock in your date.
Final Payment: Collected on move day once the job is complete.
